Your information,

Privacy information · Updated October 18, 2026

James Brown Website Services is operated by James Brown. This page explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us about a project.

The inquiry form

The form prepares an email draft on your device. Its contents are not submitted to a server or saved by this website. You review the draft and choose whether to open and send it through your own email app. Copying a draft places its text on your device’s clipboard.

When you email us

If you send an email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, business name and project details. We use it to respond, discuss your request and manage a project if you decide to work with us.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in the inquiry form or an ordinary email.

Tools that help us work

We use email, hosting and other service providers to operate the business. We may use AI-assisted tools to help organize inquiries, draft responses and prepare website work. Information shared with these tools should be limited to what is needed for the task. We do not sell your personal information.

Website visits

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and preview images are served with the website. Technical hosting providers may process basic connection and access-log information to operate and secure their services.

If you open a portfolio concept or another external link, that destination’s own policies apply. Sending a draft through your email app also uses the services and settings of your email provider.

Payments and client projects

This website does not collect payment-card information or take payments. If a project is agreed, any payment request is handled separately through the chosen payment provider. A project may require its own agreed arrangements for customer content, access and data handling.

Questions about your information

Email james-5175@agentmail.to with questions about these practices or to ask about information you have provided. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, provide agreed services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
